How to Make Windows 10 Bootable USB Drive

Windows 10 Bootable USB

Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool, which is available for download on the company’s website, makes creating a Windows 10 Bootable USB Drive a breeze.

Create Bootable Windows 10 USB Drive

Create bootable USB drive by downloading and running the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s download site. You’ll also need an empty USB Flash drive that isn’t in use by anyone else.

Furthermore, for 32-bit version downloads, the USB Flash Drive should have a minimum capacity of 4 GB and 8 GB for 64-bit version downloads.

The download tool from Microsoft will detect the correct version (32-bit or 64-bit) for your computer (You can also manually select the required version).

9. On the next screen, choose your USB drive and click the Next button.

Note: If the USB Flash drive does not appear on this screen, click the Refresh Drive List link to refresh the list.

10. Allow the Windows Media Creation tool to install the required Windows files on the USB Flash Drive.

When the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool is finished, you will have a bootable USB flash drive ready to use.
